Did you take the photo?

Next - is the stag also a photo from your collection? (from one of your hunts perhaps)

Okay...on to the post...you have a truly beautiful writing style; descriptive, intriguing, vivid. It's like I'm right there in the thick of it.
It is a sign of great writing when one can draw in the reader and have them live the words. Brilliant.

You are a very productive person - you realize they broke the mould after you, for not too many could keep up at your pace - from trimming back trees, wood cutting, vegetable canning, garden tending, and even building patios and decks.

Heck if you lived closer I'd hire you to whip me up a deck and plant me a garden. You really take pride in your projects - and that, my friend, rates high with me.

My dad was a stickler for work ethics and you have it in spades. Was it something you also learned from your dad? I imagine so - the apples don't fall far from the tree, do they!

I really enjoy reading your posts - there is something quite appealing about the life you live - you really ought to be writing a book: A year in the Life of Bushman - see, I've picked the title for you, you just have to write it. I will buy your first copy!

Keep the posts coming!
Cheers, JennyPearson Reporthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05422640826640133140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-914364471950999973.post-40935616604616329262012-10-18T13:16:24.840-04:002012-10-18T13:16:24.840-04:00It's that time of year ago for you, eh? I used to go hunting all the time with my dad as a kid but it's been forever. Hope you have fun!Danihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11026644605799767199noreply@blogger.com
